Finally, after about 5 different implementations over 6 month I got projected shadows to work :)

This is not the only way to do projected shadows (see www.delphi3d.net for another method), but it works quite well and works on all video cards. It is also quite simple to add more objects and light sources.

When the demo starts you will notice the light moving around the scene by itself. To control the light, click on it and drag it around the scene. To move the light source into and out of the scene use a right click drag.
